Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You are strictly prohibited from using Make A Song AI to generate, upload, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Any such content will be immediately reported to law enforcement.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) & Deepfake Abuse: You may not generate or share non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, or deepfakes of real individuals.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Acts: Content that encourages, promotes, or facilitates illegal activities, terrorism, or violence.

Make A Song AI provides voice and audio generation tools. You must use these tools responsibly and respect the rights of others.

• You may not use our platform to impersonate real individuals (including public figures, celebrities, or private citizens) without their explicit consent.
• You may not use generated audio to commit fraud, scams, or deception (e.g., generating a fake voice for phone scams).
• Uploading copyrighted voice samples or music without authorization is strictly prohibited.

We take violations of this Acceptable Use Policy seriously. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to us immediately.

• Report Violations: Send an email to support@makeasongai.com with a description of the violation, relevant URLs, or asset IDs.
• Response Timeline: Our trust and safety team will review all reports and take appropriate action within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
• Enforcement Actions: Violations of this policy will result in the immediate removal of the offending content, permanent suspension of the user's account without a refund, and cooperation with law enforcement if necessary.
