Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You are strictly prohibited from using Make A Song AI to generate, upload, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Any such content will be immediately reported to law enforcement.
• Child safety: You may not sexualize, groom, exploit, endanger, or target a person under 18, request sexual content involving a minor, or use the service to facilitate child trafficking or sexual exploitation. Suspected CSAM is removed, preserved for safety and legal review, and reported through the appropriate authorities.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) & Deepfake Abuse: You may not generate, edit, request, threaten, or share sexual content or intimate imagery of a real person without their explicit consent, including AI-generated or altered content.
• Impersonation and identity abuse: You may not create audio, lyrics, images, or other material intended to deceive people about another person's identity, endorsement, statement, or conduct.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal Acts: Content that encourages, promotes, or facilitates illegal activities, terrorism, violence, fraud, scams, or evasion of law enforcement.
• Copyright and privacy abuse: You may not upload or transform copyrighted recordings, lyrics, personal data, or private media without the necessary rights and permissions.

Make A Song AI provides voice and audio generation tools. You must use these tools responsibly and respect the rights of others.

• You may not use our platform to impersonate real individuals (including public figures, celebrities, or private citizens) without their explicit consent.
• You may not use generated audio to commit fraud, scams, or deception (e.g., generating a fake voice for phone scams).
• Uploading copyrighted voice samples or music without authorization is strictly prohibited.

We take violations of this Acceptable Use Policy seriously. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to us immediately.

• Report Violations: Send an email to support@makeasongai.com with a description of the violation, relevant URLs, or asset IDs.
• Report details: Include the affected URL or asset ID, why it violates this policy, whether you are the affected person or rights holder, and a safe way to contact you. Do not email suspected CSAM files; provide the URL or identifying details instead.
• Response Timeline: We acknowledge and triage ordinary reports within 24 hours and take an initial action or provide a status update within 48 hours. Credible child-safety, NCII, imminent-harm, or law-enforcement requests are prioritized immediately.
• Enforcement Actions: We may remove or restrict content, disable generation, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement or rights-protection services. Serious violations may result in termination without a discretionary refund, subject to applicable law.
• Appeals: If you believe a moderation action was incorrect, email support@makeasongai.com with the task or asset ID and relevant context. We review good-faith appeals when safety and legal constraints permit.
