Terms and Conditions

Make A Song AI provides web-based AI music creation tools for generating songs, lyrics, audio assets, and related outputs. You are responsible for your account, your inputs, and how you use generated content.

• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access to, or overload the service.
• You may not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

Some features require credits or a paid plan. Prices, credit costs, limits, and plan benefits are shown on the website and may change for future purchases or renewals.

• Credits are consumed when eligible generation or post-processing tasks are submitted or completed according to product rules.
• Refunds, disputes, failed payments, and subscription changes are handled according to checkout records and applicable payment processor rules.
• You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically refund the current period.
• Purchased credit packs are digital consumables. They are normally non-refundable after credits are delivered or used, except for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a material service failure that we cannot correct.
• If a generation task fails before producing an eligible result, charged credits are returned through the task settlement flow. A task that has started producing a result is not refundable merely because the result is not preferred.
• Refund requests should be sent to support@makeasongai.com within 14 days with the account email and order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the payment processor's timeframe.
• A payment dispute or chargeback does not replace the support process. We may suspend related access while the payment processor investigates duplicate, unauthorized, or disputed transactions.

Original music generated by Make A Song AI is 100% copyright-free and can be used freely for personal, creator, and commercial projects. You are still responsible for making sure your prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, and references do not violate third-party rights.

• Generated songs can be published, monetized, downloaded, and reused freely.
• Do not upload copyrighted songs, protected lyrics, or unauthorized artist likeness references unless you have the right to use them.

AI generation can fail, take longer than expected, or produce results that need review. Make A Song AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, and reliability.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. We may first warn, restrict a feature, remove content, or require review when that is appropriate, but serious or urgent violations may result in immediate action.

If an account is terminated for a policy, fraud, abuse, infringement, or payment violation, remaining credits, tokens, and active subscription access may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer or refund rights.

• Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or these terms may result in immediate account termination.
• If your account is terminated for a violation, you will not receive a refund for any remaining credits, tokens, or active subscriptions.
• We may report illegal activities or content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• You may contact support to request a review of an enforcement decision. We will preserve relevant records and respond to an appeal when practical, but an appeal does not restore access while an urgent safety or legal investigation is open.

These rules apply to subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and generation services. They do not remove any non-waivable rights under the laws that apply to you.

• Subscription cancellation: cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next renewal. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period unless the payment processor or applicable law requires an earlier change.
• Subscription refunds: a cancellation request alone is not a refund request. We review duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, material service failures, and other exceptional cases individually.
• Credit packs: because credits are delivered immediately and can be consumed, unused packs are generally not refundable after delivery unless the purchase was duplicated, unauthorized, or technically not delivered.
• Generation failures: when our task lifecycle marks a task as failed before an eligible output is stored, the reserved credits are returned automatically. Provider content restrictions or a user changing their mind after a successful output are not payment failures.
• Refund timing: approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after review; the final posting time depends on the payment processor and bank.
